Head chef Sebastian McQuarrie works closely with local farmers and fishermen to ensure he brings you the freshest local produce and mouth-watering cuts of prime Australian meat to create a menu that is second to none. Influenced by a mix of local and European flavours, Seb has previously worked at Church Street Enoteca and Donovans but now calls Blue Tongue Wine Bar home.
